Light, airy, and white! I love this so much. I originally wanted a skirt in this style but I couldn't find one that would fit my hips. So I got this in size L and it fits! Yay. I love to pair it with a light crochet top and white cowgirl boots. I wore it to a street festival a few weeks ago and I got a lot of compliments. I highly recommend it for spring and summer, maybe it could work for fall too if you layer it or something! Also it has BELT LOOPS around the elastic which is awesome if you want to wear a belt with it but worried about it possibly falling down. ;)
My hips are about 38" btw, and my waist is 28", and this fits just fine. I usually wear it around my natural waist. Also I am 5'5" and it's not too short! (Posted on 9/4/12)
