Returns and Exchanges
Did something from your order just not work out for you? No problem! You could return your order within 30 days from the date your order shipped to you.
1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
2. How long will I receive it?
You will receive your order in 8 to 12 business days once your order has been shipped.
3. How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.
4. Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
We provide shipping label to you for your return and the shipping label cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund payment. You can also use your return label at your own cost.
5.What is the policy for defective/broken products
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.
6.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
7. How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request.
