How to Earn Bonus CHICWISH Points

We have created a number of special bonuses for customers who spend over certain amounts. You will get your usual $10 = 5 CHICWISH point, points will be approved after your order has been shipped, return order is not eligible for points.

We love to hear your feedback about how our products worked for you. When you have received the product, you can review it by simply click on 'Add Your Review', underneath or to the right of the product image and share your thoughts. Your review will be passed to our customer service team who will approve it, you will then receive your points. Please note: Only customer who have actually purchase the item can review it and 2e reserve the right to delete reviews at our own discretion if we feel they are derogatory offensive or use foul language and therefore points will not be dispersed.

We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Loyalty Programme in any way.

No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider / Internet / web site / use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Though the above causes are not exhaustive & changes to the same can or will be made at the sole discretion of CHICWISH as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to Loyalty scheme members as individuals or groups.

We can not accept duplicate reviews or derogatory reviews about our products, as these issues should be taken up directly with our Customer Service team.
