1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment.

2. How long will I receive it?
You will receive your order in 7 to 10 business days once your order has been shipped.

3. How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.

For order placed from Nov. 15th to Dec. 30th 2022, Christmas holiday returns extends to 45 days from the date you receive it.


4.What is the policy for defective/broken products
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.

5.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

6. How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request.

U.S. Customers: You have 3 options when returning:

1. FREE RETURN with Store Credit Refund+ $5 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a store credit for the amount of your return a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love. Returns can receive store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date. (Please create an account in order to use the credit)

2.Refund to original payment: Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Returns must be requested within 30 days (calculated from the date you receive your order) to be eligible for a refund. We provide USPS return labels for your items with costs starting from as low as $5.9.

We currently are unable to offer a free returns service for refund to original payment.

Please note the return label is only valid for 14 days after the approval of our Customer Care Team.

The charge of return label increases according to the number of items you refund.

3. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. (one item is only eligible for one exchange request)

If you checkout as guest and register your account after you place your order, the order will not be linked to your account automatically. Please logout your new account and use the above guest return link to request your return. 

  1. Login your account and go to MY RETURNS section.
  2. Click REQUEST NEW RETURN and then select the order and items you want to return. (The orders which eligible for returns will be display here)
  3. Click NEXT STEP and select the Reason, Resolution of your return or exchange. And SUBMIT REQUEST.
  4. If you are a US customer, you could either use our pre-paid return label to return your order ($4.9 for the label price will be deducted from your refund, free for exchange and store credit refund) or ship it by yourself using your own shipping method.
  5. Please use the plastic bag to return your orders if you are using the pre-paid USPS labels. Return using box/cartons will incurr extra postage charge and handling charge on your refund.
  6. The RMA Packing Slip must be included in your return.

Please navigate to your acount's return section and select the order you want to return, and you will find the "PRINT RMA PACKING SLIP" option the left top of this section.


And then click CONFIRM SHIPPING and fill-in your return tracking number so that our return department could process your refund timely.

This is a very important step as we are using logistic agents in different countries to handle our returns. If we do not have return tracking update for your return, we are unable to locate your return and process your refund.

It takes 8–10 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

U.S. Return address is included in your RMA email.
