1. DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We guarantee that your parcel will be safely delivered as long as you provide us with correct shipping address. We, Chicwish, will be fully responsible for lost parcel.
2. Our Extended Holiday Returns Policy
*All orders placed between November 1, 2013 and January 1, 2014 must be returned and received by us by February 1, 2014 in order to receive a FULL REFUND.
*Any orders placed between November 1, 2013 and January 1, 2014 and returned and received by us between February 2-29, 2014 are eligible for FULL STORE CREDIT only.
*Any orders placed between November 1, 2013 and January 1, 2014 and returned and received by us after February 29, 2014 are eligible for 50% STORE CREDIT only.
*All orders placed after January 1, 2014 qualify for our regular returns policy.
3.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn condition and with tags attached. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) Chicwish.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Chicwish.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
4) Chicwish.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Item must be returned to the address stated on your RMA approval form.
5) Chicwish.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Chicwish.com's decision will be final.
Defective Item Exchange
1) Chicwish.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Chicwish Store Credit within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
2) In cases of defective return, Chicwish.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is an accessory, it may be considered for repair service.
1) Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Chicwish.com reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
2) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange. Chicwish.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Returns received more than 30 days after the original order delivery date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1) Unwanted or unopened items returned to Chicwish.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Chicwish.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
2) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in 5 / 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by Chicwish.com.
Postage is non-refundable for return or exchange.
