1. Returns Policy

Return must be made within 15 days from the date it delivered.

General for all products
1) Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) Chicwish.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Chicwish.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
4) Chicwish.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Item must be returned to the address stated on your RMA approval form.
5) Chicwish.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Chicwish.com's decision will be final.

 The following items are non-refundable:
  •     Returns received after 45 days of the delivery date
  •     Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  •     Final Sale items
  •     Intimates (including the following: bras, leggings, tights, socks and accessories)
  •     Free gifts

 The following items are returnable for store credit only:

  • Returns received more than 30 days after the original order delivery date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee)

Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund
1) Unwanted or unopened items returned to Chicwish.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Chicwish.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
2) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in about 7 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by Chicwish.com.

Postage is non-refundable for return or exchange.


2. Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.


 

How to?

1. Login your account and request a RMA

2. Simply put your invoice in your return and return it to the address provided in your RMA email.

 *if you miss place the invoice, you can print it in your order detail page.
